Kyle was extremely helpful through the entire inspection process and explained everything as we went. He was extremely detailed and thorough, even pointing out the small things that can be fixed later on, but wanting us to know everything to increase the value of our new home. He took great pictures to explain everything in the report. Andy came and did the radon testing and was very polite. Would highly recommend this company for your home inspection/radon needs.

I needed a home inspection on a home I was purchasing. Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He took his time and was very patient with all of my questions. He took pictures and included them in the report. He completed his report promptly. His report was complete and beyond my expectations. I was very impressed with the inspection. I would recommend Carlile Group to anyone!
Do not use these guys for your home inspection! We hired them to do a pre-listing inspection so so we could have a chance to fix issues before the house was actually listed. One year later we had fixed almost everything on the report and put our house on the market. When it came time for the buyers inspection HUGE structural and common electrical wiring issues were reported. No report of such things. The items were completely obvious, totally confused how they could have been missed. Added picture in response to post from the company. I'm no inspector, but the next one we hired had a big problem with this. Is this \in good condition\?
They missed major issues in my home causing thousands of dollars in replacement in the first year. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE THE WORST HOME INSPECTION SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!
